We booked Treebo - The Veenal Hill for three nights during New Year's, paying around ?5,000 per room per night, which seemed too high for what we experienced. Both rooms had smelly bathrooms , and we had to use agarbattis to cover the odor. The towels and bedsheets provided were unclean . Breakfast was disappointing, with only two dishes and no basic options like eggs or milk. The kitchen looked unclean, and the cutlery offered on room service was yellowish. The Wi-Fi barely worked during our stay. We didn't expect luxury, but we thought basic hygiene, good Wi-Fi, and a decent breakfast should be standard. We found better hotels later nearby with lower prices and better amenities which even had good food and a classy ambience . If the price had been ?2,000 per night, it would have been acceptable, but at ?5,000, we were let down. On the plus side, the staff was helpful and quick to assist us.

The location is convenient yet secluded, providing a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, tea/coffee makers, and a smart TV, made my stay extremely pleasant. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to assist, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The in-house dining was another highlight. The food was delicious, with a variety of options catering to different tastes. The breakfast spread, included in the package, was particularly impressive. I also appreciated the hotel’s commitment to hygiene and safety, which was evident throughout the property. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest safety was commendable. Overall, Treebo The Veena Hills Hotel offers excellent value for money. It’s an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers seeking quality accommodation and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The Venna Hill is the best combination of peace and proximity to the best of Mahabaleshwar at great value-for-money. Abhang and his team, starting from the staff to the kitchen crew are the nicest people I met, perfectly suitable for hospitality. The view and relaxation with the adjoining strawberry patch and the cul-de-sac location makes it a perfect location for peace. Little things like the toiletries provided, free bottled water and the kitchen and sumptuous complimentary breakfast, the great taxi service by Afzal arranged by the hotel made the stay a pleasure. I stayed with my senior citizen mom and she found the experience perfect! November being the start of the sowing season for strawberries, we got to see the whole process over one week. Sprucing up of the parking area will definitely add value. Thanks guys for a relaxing stay and Best of Luck!!!

It was a family vacations trip and we had a wonderful experience at Treebo Venna hills. Hotel is located near to venna lake. Hotel staff is really very polite and humble , they were quick and very helpful. Hotel Manager Abhang is well mannered and polite person. Breakfast provided was also very decent.Rooms were clean and tidy.

The hotel are neat and clean in monsoon season that's very positive thinking in theys staff the room are also clean staff is good ?????? The whether right now in Mahabaleswar is ?? foggy and the view from the room are nice ??????????????????????

The venna hilla hotel is so owsam and nice and yaha ka khana bhut hi achha h service bhi time to time hai or koi shikayat ka moka bhi nhi mila in logose parking pr bacho ke liye khene ke liye bhi achi place hai beding or family ke liye bhi ye hotel bhut achha hai
